By far the best service I have received from anybody. Joe communicated in a clear and timely manner. I told Joe that I was interested in having him service my boat and that I would be grateful to learn about my boat along the way. He was kind enough to send photos with detailed explanations of why certain things needed to be done. My boat rides like a new boat since Joe and his team worked on it. This was the single best service experience I have add in dealing with anybody.

Great customer service! Joe was very responsive and supportive. My vessel “ A Mi Manera” was taking on water at our Mission Bay slip. At the time I was traveling to my brother’s wake, so emotions were high as you can imagine. Joe at Bulletproof Marine was fantastic. I have a 1950s Chris Craft that wouldn’t start and was garaged for about 5 years. They picked up the boat, figured out all the issues, and got it back to me for a fair price. Constant updates with photos and videos along the way. Big recommend for their service and quality.

Choosing Joe, with Bullet Proof Marine Services, was the best decision I made for restoring my fire damaged boat. Joe was very professional and serious about, if chosen, how he would provide the services needed. His straight forward, no bs, approach was refreshing! Joe and his team (also qualified and professional team members) were originally hired for extensive fiberglass work, which they performed the work while staying in my slip (strict guidelines of the marina). Joe was always available to discuss and offer other technical & professional advice which led to choosing him for additional work. After being extremely dissatisfied with another commonly used local boat company, Joe and crew took over disassembling and refurbishing my 2 diesel engines & engine room, installed exhaust fans and the list goes on. What I really want to say is Joe is reasonably priced and performs the work exactly as he says he will! Top quality work and goes above and beyond making sure your vessel is cared for, left in better condition than he found it. He’s able to work with any and all other contractors. I just can’t say enough about how lucky I feel to have had the pleasure to work with such a great person and professional company.
